At Eco-Reboot, we stand behind the quality of every refurbished EcoFlow product we sell. Our 5-Year Warranty ensures your peace of mind, combining exceptional performance with unbeatable value. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our warranty coverage, claims process, and commitments to you.

1. Warranty Coverage

What’s Covered:

• All Refurbished Products: Every EcoFlow device restored by Eco-Reboot, including power stations, extra batteries, and accessories.

• Defects in Materials or Workmanship: Issues arising from manufacturing, refurbishing, or component failures.

• Battery Performance: Guaranteed battery health of at least 80% capacity for the duration of the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered:

• Physical damage (e.g., drops, water exposure, fire).

• Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic imperfections).

• Damage caused by improper charging, incompatible accessories, or use outside product specifications.

• Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes).

• Products purchased outside the contiguous United States.

 

2. Warranty Period

• 5 Years: Applies to all refurbished EcoFlow products sold by Eco-Reboot.

• Start Date: Warranty begins on the original purchase date.

• Transferable: The warranty applies to the product, not the purchaser.

3. How to Activate Your Warranty

No registration is required! Simply keep your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). This is your primary documentation for warranty claims.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Contact our support team at sales@eco-reboot.com with:

• A detailed description of the issue.

• Photos or videos demonstrating the problem.

• Your proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).

Step 2: Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and provide instructions.

Step 3: If a repair or replacement is needed, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label to send the product to our facility.

Step 4: Repairs typically take 10–20 business days (up to 60 days for complex cases). We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Step 5: Once resolved, we’ll ship your repaired or replacement unit back to you at no cost.

5. Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your product is outside the 5-year period or the issue isn’t covered, we still offer repair services! Contact us at sales@eco-reboot.com for a custom quote.

6. Returns & Replacements

• 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Not happy with your purchase? Return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement (product must be undamaged and in original packaging).

• Warranty Replacements: If we can’t repair your device, we’ll replace it with a same or comparable refurbished unit at no cost.
